Technical wizardry

Privacy and security

Druid is built with privacy and security in mind. It collects key system information and outputs a structured report to assist with helpdesk triage — without retaining any sensitive data.

  • No data is retained or transmitted by the app. All information is compiled into a local, human-readable report (TXT, HTML or PDF).
  • Reports can be emailed directly to your support team, or automatically attached to a ticket via integration with most ITSM platforms.

Workflow integration

  • Email: Send reports directly to your support inbox or distribution list
  • Ticketing Systems: Druid integrates with major platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Autotask, ConnectWise) via custom handlers or mailbox parsing
  • Self-Hosting & Branding: Fully white-labellable and deployable across managed environments with group policy, scripting tools or RMM.
